Anna brings more than a decade of experience in real estate finance, loan underwriting, and asset management. She previously worked as a Senior Associate at Tremont Realty Capital, where she oversaw loan asset management, financial forecasting, and risk reporting. Her expertise includes analyzing property financials, managing loan surveillance, and supporting bridge loan underwriting and closings.
Previously, Anna held roles at Arbor Realty Trust and Walker & Dunlop, where she specialized in supporting underwriting for multifamily real estate transactions and managing loan portfolio for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae loans. Her early career includes operational and compliance roles at Boston Financial Investment Management and Bank of America, where she developed strong analytical and process improvement skills.”
Anna holds a Master’s in Project Management and a Bachelor’s in International Business from Lasell College and is fluent in Polish.
