Tasneem joined Century in 2025 as a Senior MAP Underwriter, bringing more than 15 years of specialized experience in multifamily housing underwriting and analysis. Her expertise centers on FHA mortgage insurance programs, with a strong track record in both permanent and construction/permanent loan structures offered by HUD. Prior to Century, Tasneem served at Walker & Dunlop, where she played a key role in underwriting HUD-insured loans totaling more than $500 million. Her deep understanding of federal lending programs and multifamily finance has made her a trusted resource in the industry.
Tasneem holds an MBA from the International Business School at Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts. Originally from Mumbai, India, she has called the Greater Boston area home for more than 18 years. Outside of work, Tasneem enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, and spending quality time with her husband and two sons.
