As a Senior Vice President at Century Health & Housing Capital, Michael brings 30 years of commercial banking experience to his role. He helps privately owned, institutional and non-profit companies evaluate and obtain financing solutions to acquire and construct market rate and affordable and senior housing projects.
Prior to joining Century, Michael worked for several banks throughout Upstate New York, including KeyBank, M&T, NBT, SEFCU, and TD Bank. He is recognized for his expertise in C&I and Asset Based Lending segments for identifying and interpreting trends in the market to structure portfolios and achieve results.
Throughout his career, Michael has been active in his community serving on boards and holding many leadership positions. He is currently serving as board chair of Resource Center for Independent Living, member of the finance committee at St. Pius in Loudonville, and treasurer of Rutter Foundation. He is a past recipient of the Mohawk Valley Business Journal “40 Under 40” award and received his MBA from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY and his Bachelor of Science from Brockport State University in Brockport, NY. He enjoys boating, fishing, and skiing with his family.
