As a Commercial Real Estate Analyst at Century Health & Housing Capital, Nick specializes in supporting loan production and underwriting. He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, Eastern Lenders Association, and a licensed Real Estate Appraiser Assistant. Nick finds his career in real estate rewarding because this industry touches everyone–every person needs a place to live. Nick values the ability to work with borrowers through the entire lending process – from origination, underwriting, and closing.
Nick is an avid athlete, a graduate of the State University of New York at Oswego, and resident of Saratoga Springs where he spends every Saturday during the racing season at the historic racetrack.
