President and CEO Kyle Perry has been making strategic hires over the past 18 months and most recently brought Cathy to the team. “We are extremely excited to have someone with Cathy’s background and experience join Century’s expanding team.” In her new role, Cathy will leverage her expertise in all aspects of lending, underwriting, and servicing operations focused on building client relationships. “With over 30 years of experience, Cathy brings extensive knowledge and perspective to the Century Team, at a time when we are growing nationally,” stated Perry. Prior to joining Century, Cathy spent the last 13 years as the head of Wells Fargo’s FHA platform and prior to that as Director at Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage, including predecessor companies. During Cathy’s 30-year career she has focused on financing FHA-insured multifamily transactions with special attention to affordable housing. At a time when our nation is facing a shortage of affordable housing, Century is positioning itself as a resource to developers and owners looking to finance multi-family housing and help fill the gap across the country.
