As Executive Vice President at Century, Cathy leverages her deep expertise in all aspects of lending, underwriting, and servicing operations while focusing on delivering the highest level of client service and building client relationships. With more than 30 years of experience, Cathy brings extensive knowledge and perspective to the Century Team as we grow and expand the markets we serve nationally.
Cathy has a distinguished career in banking specializing in FHA-multifamily transactions, with a focus on affordable housing. She has held senior positions for Wells Fargo Bank and Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage where she led and developed teams responsible for closing multimillion dollar transactions. She received the Mortgage Banker’s Association’s Distinguished Service Award in 2016.
Cathy graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Math and Economics from Heidelberg University in Ohio. She is a founding board member of the Housing Alexandria (formerly Alexandria Housing Development Corporation) and past board member of the Commonwealth Academy.
