In his role as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director at Century Health & Housing Capital, Dan brings deep expertise in growth capital and asset financing structures along with experience in operations to his role in driving growth and efficiency for the firm. At Century, in addition to focusing on operations and growth initiatives, Dan oversees the sales enablement and business analytics to facilitate origination efforts nationwide. He is also responsible for developing strategic partnerships and exploration of new products and services to develop new revenue streams.
Prior to joining Century, Dan spent 24 years in corporate and middle market commercial banking and most recently served in commercial bank leadership at KeyBank, N.A..
With a keen interest in financial markets, particularly related to the impact of people’s behaviors and needs, Dan finds it extremely rewarding to see the immediate positive impact on communities when providing the needed financing for projects that will house many families.
Dan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in economics and management from the State University of New York at Cortland. He is a past Advisory Board Member for Pine Street Capital Partners, LP, and member of the NYC Chapter for the Association for Corporate Growth. When not working, Dan enjoys family, golf, travel and attending his children’s sports competitions.
