As Vice President and Senior Underwriter at Century, Andrea is responsible for underwriting multifamily FHA/HUD-insured financing. Her work includes creating efficiencies and best practices related to both multifamily and healthcare financing.
Andrea has more than 30 years of experience and has worked as a Certified Public Accountant. She is also accredited in business valuation and is a MAP Certified Underwriter. Prior to joining Century, Andrea worked as an Underwriter for Walker and Dunlop as well as Berkadia Commercial Mortgage. She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Indiana University, in Bloomington, Indiana. When not working, Andrea enjoys partaking in exercise classes, hiking, walking, and reading. She is an executive board member at B’nai Amoona Congregation in St. Louis, MO.
