Tom brings 30 years of FHA experience to his role as SVP at Century, where he helps clients who are developing multifamily housing and healthcare facilities evaluate and obtain FHA-insured loans.
During his career, Tom has worked for several financial services companies specializing in construction loans and HUD based financing options. Prior to joining Century, he was the Managing Director at Walker & Dunlop in the Phoenix, AZ office. He also worked at the Chicago Title & Trust company, Berkadia Commercial Mortgage, and GMACCM where he received the Presidential Chairman’s award for being the top ten loan producers for three consecutive years.
Tom is active in his community coaching youth basketball and volunteering with his wife for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. He is a graduate of Lewis University in Romeoville, IL where he received his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice.
