As a Vice President at Century Health & Housing Capital, Jack works with privately owned, institutional, and non-profit companies to acquire, refinance and construct market rate, affordable and senior housing projects. Before joining Century, Jack worked for several national financial and real estate firms including PGIM Real Estate and Cushman & Wakefield. His clients benefit from his astute analysis, portfolio management and risk mitigation capabilities. He enjoys working in commercial real estate and with the people who are developing projects that improve communities.
A resident of Brentwood, MO, Jack is an Alderman for the City of Brentwood, a member of the Urban Land Institute in St. Louis, and member of the Missouri Athletic Club. He is a licensed real estate salesperson and is currently studying to earn his MBA focusing on construction management at the University of Missouri where he received his bachelor’s degree in finance. When Jack has free time, he enjoys all types of sports, especially golf and attending Cardinals games with his wife Annie. A mentor to young professionals, he not only juggles a lot in his career and the community, one of his hidden talents happens to be juggling.
