Kyle has been an integral member of the Century team since 2002 and has been serving as president and CEO since 2016. He is responsible for building many of the relationships with clients and partners, and he believes deeply in helping clients through the financing process with a very hands-on, involved approach. This personal attention is what sets his team at Century apart from others and what clients value the most about the Century experience.
Kyle oversees all aspects of the business and participates in all phases of loan origination, deal structuring, underwriting, and closing. He and his team specialize in FHA/HUD-insured financing for market rate apartments, affordable housing, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and senior independent housing for both for-profit and not-for-profit owners. He has been involved in over 100 transactions totaling more than $1 billion.
Prior to joining Century, Kyle worked in the private equity industry in Boston, and he received his Bachelor of Science in finance from Babson College. He and his family live in Saratoga Springs, and he enjoys skiing, tennis and golf when not running the business.
