As a Commercial Real Estate Analyst at Century, Lorenzo performs market research, sales support, and loan sizing. His position combines his career interests – real estate and finance, and he enjoys the diversity and challenges that each new project brings. Prior to joining the team at Century, Lorenzo worked for Redburn Development where he worked alongside numerous professionals providing him with insights and an understanding of the multiple facets of the real estate development process. A concentration of his work involved the historic redevelopment tax credit process, which resulted in the company receiving a significant amount of tax credits.
A member of the Eastern Lenders Association and the Mortgage Bankers Association, Lorenzo graduated from the University of Albany with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. If asked where he would like to vacation, he would say, “anywhere warm or with ski mountains.” He loves to ski and has been hitting the slopes for over ten years. An eager learner, Lorenzo is always looking for ways to improve his skills.
