Eric is a driven finance professional specializing in commercial, multifamily purchase and refinance transactions. His expertise includes negotiating closings and interest rates, developing marketing strategies, and building client and employee relations. Prior to joining Century, Eric had progressed in his 24-year career working at several national and regional financial institutions, including American Financial Network, MLB Residential Lending, and Vantage Point Bank.
Eric has a National Mortgage License (NMLS), is a member of the Eastern Lenders Association and the Mortgage Bankers Association. He graduated from California State University at San Bernadino with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He enjoys the diversity of people and projects he encounters in the real estate lending market. His favorite quote “Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game,” is one he lives by. Eric enjoys many sports in his free time, including basketball, billiards, boating, golfing, and fishing.
