As a Senior Vice President at Century Health & Housing Capital, Rick shares his expertise in FHA /HUD insured loan product options with clients who are financing and developing multifamily and healthcare projects. Rick’s experience with the FHA/HUD-insured program includes experience since 2003 and execution of over $10 billion dollars of financings. Prior to joining Century, Rick was a key member of several national FHA/HUD organizations, including PGIM REF (a division of Prudential), Berkadia Commercial Mortgage and Gershman Mortgage. Additionally, Rick is an attorney and practiced law for 12 years prior to transitioning to work exclusively with FHA/HUD insured financing.
Rick is a resident of Scottsdale, AZ and an FHA/HUD approved underwriter. He obtained a business degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and law degree from St. Louis University.
In Rick’s free time, he enjoys spending time with family members, including his two rescue dogs and a rescue cat. He is inspired by his favorite quote: “Live your dream. Life is not a dress rehearsal.”
